Project management solution is designed to streamline the project initiation and tracking process for customers. The Solution allows tracking of material and personnel preparation, usage and costs during the course of a project, which will also serve to create a “feed file” to the customers payroll system, to eliminate the need for double input by a Lead into TLO and the Daily Report.
System includes management (PM/Exec) dashboard and worker/lead dashboard. Each user’s access includes My Work station with inbox of pending workflow activities (approve, submit, etc.) and pending tasks (daily report, timesheet, final report, etc.). System is assumed to develop three reports to be defined later. Initial setup will define workers and case types.
