The Solution is integrated with multiple mapping solutions, including Google Maps and ESRI GIS, and delivers a range of real-time and batch interactions to deliver the required functionality including Direct and Indirect Geocoding, Route Planning, Event Mapping, Related Event Analysis, and Reporting. When an operator receives a call, we provide event GPS coordinates and draw the full route as both for dispatcher and field unit, and provide turn-by-turn instructions as required. The Solution is also integrated with GPS tracking and fleet management products
We have implemented the USPS address verification API and also similar APIs in other geographies. Local integration with Departmental GIS for this function is also typical, as well as other data providers. We rely not only on mapping software, but store and upload validated address and landmarks data directly into the solution, including states, regions, districts, cities, streets, addresses with GPS and other related data. If our data is not sufficient, the solution requests the GIS to provide data when the call is processed. The request results will be uploaded into the database and update existing master data.
