Print Queue Page (PRTQ)

​Print Queue Page component contains web page to view and manipulate Print Queue records.
User could see the list of events, their status and have an opportunity to restart or delete a particular event. 
Print Queue is a two-page component with Read-Add-Modify-Delete functions and a Search function.
